NOT GOD OR A TRINITY, but as St john has said: but he that believeth that Jesus is the SON of God? 1 John 5:5.
And as Jesus has said: ETERNAL LIFE is believing His Father GOD is the only ONE TRUE GOD alone. John 17:3. Which is the FIRST commandment one MUST believe. Mark 12:29.

Is Jesus God? Or a God? Or THE GOD? John 1:1. The Biblical FACTS.

Is Jesus God? Or a God? Or THE GOD? John 1:1. The Biblical FACTS.

What did St John mean?
And the word was God.
John 1:1C?

Find out by watching the new HD video and discover: The Biblical FACTS in 19 minutes!

What did St John mean? And the word was God. John 1:1C.
Or the oldest Bibles read: God was the word.

Saint John the Divine, in his unique book of the New Testament, known as the most famous and controversial Gospel, begins with one of the most debatable scriptures in Christianity.

This very first and powerful statement by St John identifies Jesus in his last four words as saying: God was the word. John 1:1C.

His purpose and intention was to grab everyone’s attention and have the Christian world thinking and talking.
Just as Jesus did, when He told the Jews: I and the Father are one, and caused an eruption.

By doing so St John would inspire the Christian world to keep their heads buried in the word of God, and so encourage all to seek and find.

But John would also reveal this explosive truth of Gods only Begotten Son, in a single statement you are about to see, explaining why He called Jesus God, and in doing so, would drop a bomb.

Because of John1:1C, by St John, and the word was God, most Christians believe St John was teaching Jesus is the same ONE TRUE GOD, as the Father.

However, as we are about to see, by looking at one scripture by St John, we discover the Biblical facts, that prove most Christians have been deceived, and are misunderstanding the absolute truth.

As St John now court everyone's attention, in the next 17 verses, the divine truth could now be revealed.

Was Jesus God? Or a God. Or THE GOD?

St John would now clear up the confusion with the truth of GOD’s own Son, and prove there are no contradictions, and would reveal the Biblical facts in four explosive words.

This Golden verse and four explosive words revealed by St John revealing the truth can be found by simply fast-forwarding to John 1:18, and there we discover the simple answer to why St John called Jesus God in John 1:1C.

Lets look at this explosive verse?

The reading of: The only begotten God, is found in the oldest Greek text of the Bibles called the great uncial codices or four great uncials which have survived to the present day: Codex Vaticanus, Codex Sinaiticus, Codex Alexandrinus, and Codex Ephraemi Rescriptus.

On the website of: Biblical Hermeneutics beta, confirms the following.
EARLY MSS ATTEST ITS VERACITY.
Begotten God, is represented in a great number of the earliest MSS, is prominent in the MSS that are considered to contain accurate texts, and is most probably what John actually wrote.
The following manuscripts support theos. This list conflates the evidence of those MSS which have an article (ho) and those without it (the latter is the text of Nestle-Aland):
Greek witnesses
Papyrus 66 [Papyrus Bodmer II] A.D. c. 200 (Martin), A.D. 100-150 (Hunger)
Papyrus 75 (A.D. 175-225)
Codex א - Sinaiticus (c. 330–360)
Codex B - Vaticanus (c. 325–350)
Codex C* - Eprhraemi Rescriptus (5th C.)
Apostolic Constitutions (A.D. 375 -380)
Codex L - Regius (A.D 701-800)

Notice in the oldest Bibles, and manuscripts, used by the best Bible scholars, are considered to be more reliable then the later manuscripts, where we see St John is now explaining the word Jesus is: The only begotten God.

So we can be confident, the original language is showing God, and not Son.

To fully understand what St John meant by calling Jesus: The only begotten God, we must first examine the word BEGOTTEN, and then why Jesus is called God.

The meaning of BEGOTTEN.

In plain and simple words, St John is telling us, Jesus is BEGOTTEN, which means only, only-begotten, unique. The Greek word is (μονογενὴς). That’s the part Trinitarians speak of.

But there is a very important part that the Trinitarians often keep quite about, because if they speak of this, they themselves prove they are wrong, teaching that Jesus is, THE GOD, who always existed.

The word, BEGOTTEN, also means begot, or (Archaic), begat; begotten, or begot; begetting.

Notice the word – Begat.

This same word is used in: The Genealogy of Jesus Christ.

St John makes this perfectly clear in John 1:18, Jesus is (BEGOTTEN) meaning Jesus was BORN, begat; begotten or begot from His Father GOD.

And that’s why Jesus always testified GOD was His Father, and His Father is the only true GOD, John 17:3, and He was GODS Son, and never, ever, said He was GOD, or that He was the same ONE TRUE GOD, as His Father.

But why does St John call Jesus God in both scriptures of John 1:1C and John 1:18?

Is it true that St John meant Jesus is the same ONE TRUE GOD as the Father?

The answer is given by St Paul in: Philippians 2:6. Who, though he was in the form of God).

And what did St Paul mean: he was in the form of God?
Definition: form, shape, outward appearance.

St Paul was NOT teaching Jesus was THE GOD.
St Paul was teaching Jesus is just like His GOD.

Just as St John was NOT teaching Jesus is THE GOD.
But that Jesus is God, because Jesus is: the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, as written in Hebrews 1:3.

As Jesus is IDENTICAL with His GOD, this proves on its own, Jesus is NOT that same one GOD.

What we find is that when we come to John 1:18, St John now clearly defines the difference between Jesus as being God and His GOD. By simply adding in the words: The ONLY BEGOTTEN God.

That single word: BEGOTTEN, in front of God, on its own, proves Jesus is NOT THE GOD, but the FIRST ever BORN Son of His GOD.

St John rightly calls Jesus God in John 1:1, and 1:18, simply because Jesus is the ONLY being who was BORN directly from His GOD.
As Jesus was BORN directly from His GOD, Jesus has the exact nature of His GOD.
Which is why St John calls Jesus God.
Which correctly makes Jesus the ONLY BEGOTTEN God. Hence, therefor the term accordingly means, literally what St John states.
The only, begotten God.

Who is Jesus?
He is more then a man, because He was born before man existed, before He became the Son of man.
He is more then an Angel, because the Magnificent Angels were made through Him.
He is more then a God, because He is the ONLY God who was born directly from His GOD.
As He was born directly from His GOD, He is 100% like His GOD, which rightly makes Him: The ONLY BEGOTTEN God.
He was the ONLY BEGOTTEN God, in the form of God, before He was in the form of a servant, and became a flesh.

Now we know why Jesus said to the disciple, when they see Him; they see the FATHER, because they are IDENTICAL, same form, shape, outward appearance, imprint and nature.
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; for in him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and unto him; and he is before all things, and in him all things consist. Colossians 1:15 – 17.

Who is THE ONLY ONE TRUE GOD?
The answer is given by GOD’s only BEGOTTEN God in John 17:3.
And this is eternal life, that they know you,
 the only true God,
and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
 English Standard Version

From the beginning to the end of the Bible, we clearly see all scriptures teach us GOD is the only one true Father GOD, alone.

2 Kings 19:15.
And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD and said: “O LORD, the God of Israel, enthroned above the cherubim, you are THE God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; you have made heaven and earth.
